[Bluej-announce] New release: BlueJ 1.3.0 beta 1

Dear BlueJ users,

We are ready to announce a beta release of BlueJ 1.3.0.

The major addition is a project submission extension that allows the 
submission of BlueJ projects via file copy, email, ftp or http. The 
submission extension was developed at the University of Kent in 
Canterbury.

We would welcome feedback on this submission system.

The new version also includes various bug fixes and small improvements.
