[Bluej-announce] Now available: BlueJ 1.3.0

Dear BlueJ Users,

We are happy to announce that BlueJ version 1.3.0 is now available for 
download.

This release is the most significant feature release for BlueJ for a 
long time. New functionality includes:

  o  integration of JUnit to support regression testing,
  o  an assignment submission system,
  o  an extension API that lets third parties provide BlueJ extensions,
  o  a complete reimplementation of the debugger,
  o  interface improvements,
  o  many bug fixes and other functionality improvements.
