[Bluej-announce] New version of the BlueJ submitter extension

There is a new version of the submitter extension now available for
download from the BlueJ website. This version is backward compatible
with the existing submitter, but adds support for:
   * The HTTPS protocol
   * HTTP authentication if required by the server
   * SMTP server authentication and secure SSL/TLS mail transfer.

The submitter is a BlueJ extension (plugin) which provides a simple way
for students to submit their BlueJ projects for comment or assessment.
