[Bluej-announce] Maintenance release of the new Submitter extension

Today (2 Feb 2007) we have made a maintenance release of the new 
Submitter extension.

This new release has a clearer preference panel for supplying SMTP 
server information, and fixes a problem with the old (16 Jan 2007) 
release which revealed unnecessary information in the URLs it was 
generating and logging. This was not harmful, but may have led to data 
which was intended to be secure being placed in log files.
