[Bluej-discuss] A graphical user interface to 'jar'

Does anyone know of a graphical user interface program that sits on top of
'jar'?
I was thinking of something like WinZip or WinRar.

My students submit jar files to me via e-mail (BlueJ submitter) and,
although WinZip will read the file properly and extract the elements, I
would prefer a tool that more fully understands jar file formats and
conventions. It would also be nice to be able to create manifest files
directly in an editor window (perhaps even a smart editor that knows about
manifest files).

Thanks for any suggestions
