Yes, there is. You can even do that on a per-project level.

In the project properties (right-click the project, then select  
Properties), you can select the "Source level". Here, you can select  
the jdk to use.

In the "Java Platform Manager" (under "Tools") you can add available  
platforms (JDKs, that is).
