[Bluej-discuss] BlueJ having trouble finding Java platform

I have a student who is attempting to set up BlueJ on his home computer. 
He claims he has downloaded the JDK (not just runtime) but yet BlueJ says
there is no Java installed on his machine. He has a newer Dell computer
that is running Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can
give him?
