[Bluej-discuss] About BlueJ's Help

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for your help, I never thought you would be so helpful =)
Well, another doubt has arisen in me, and this time is about the help given in BlueJ.
When compiling, if there is an error, a question mark appears at the right side of the "output" line and when it is clicked, it displays a suggestion about how to correct that error.
My doubt has two parts to it:
1) Are all these suggestions in a BlueJ built-in database? If they are, are all kinds of errors listed in it?
2) About the window itself: it seems to be just a JOptionPane window, but then again, maybe it's not. Does anyone know how this little window is displayed?
