[Bluej-discuss] JAR files and BlueJ

I was wondering where one places JAR files so that all projects can
access them without having to add them to each project.  I'm hoping
it'll be something simple that works similarly on all three of the
platforms we use at the college (Mac, Windows and BSD Unix)
