[Bluej-discuss] The default skeleton for the class could not be generated

One of my students is complaining of the following error when he trys to
create a new class in BlueJ. This is on his home machine so I cannot root
around in his setup myself. I've suggested he look at the config files as 
described in the config section of the reference manual. Any more 
specific tips as to where he should look for the cause?

"The default skeleton for the class could not be generated. This may be
because of configuration error in the setup of BlueJ or because of file
system access problems."
