[Bluej-discuss] The default skeleton for the class could not be generated

This could happen if either

- the project directory is not writable. (In that case, compilation  
an method execution should also fail), or

- the files for the skeletons are lost, corrupted, or otherwise  
unreadable. The easiest fix would be to delete BlueJ and re-install.  
(It could also be repaired by hand, but the reinstall is almost  
guaranteed to be quicker.)
