[Bluej-discuss] Feature request: when testing doubles, better assistance

For test-cases where the return value is a float/double, it'd be nice if
BlueJ defaulted to the comparison function "equal to (double or float)".  As
it is, most students use the default "equal to", and since that silently
works most of the time, those students never learn better.  (And, by
actively prompting them to provide delta, it actively reinforces the
concepts we want.)

Orthogonally -- can the "delta" box include pull-down options for
previously-typed values?  It's only frustrating for students to always have
to re-specify the same delta over and over.
