[Bluej-discuss] printing problem

Hello,

I just downloaded BlueJ version 2.2.0. I was very surprised to find
that I could not access the Page Setup and Print items on the menu
when editing a class. I tried saving, compiling, closing and
reopening the class, closing and reopening BlueJ. I checked
Tools/Preferences, and could not find anything that would switch this back on.

I discovered that I could access Page Setup and Print from the menu
on the project window. However, I had to print the source code for
all of the classes. This project only had three classes and I wanted
to print two of them, and the third was short, so this was okay, but
this would not be good in a project with several classes when I only
want to print one.

After doing this I poked around in the bluej.defs and
bluej.properties files, but did not find anything there either.

After typing the first paragraph above, I went back to make sure I
had the menu titles correct, and this time I DID have access to Page
Setup and Print on the menu when editing a class! Something strange
is going on, so I thought I would still report a possible
bug. Perhaps it is something on the system here. I don't think it is
early senility!
