Hi Thomas,
It's certainly possible to add your own filters by editing the team.defs
file, but at this stage that's the only way to do it; you can't do it
globally from the BlueJ side of things.
We'd probably consider implementing a global ignores list in a future
version, however. If you'd like to add a feature request to the Trac
system yourself, feel free.

then create a new ticket).
